Our talented Sushi Chefs will engage you with knowledge of traditional sushi making, as well as give you hands on instruction on rice preparation, fish selection and sushi tricks and techniques. Your sushi coach gets everyone involved, cutting and slicing fish and vegetables, as well as guidance on preparing both hand and cut rolls. You will learn how to make the traditional sauces, soups, dressings and garnishes that compliment your delicious meal and of course, you will eat everything you make!
